Xpert Chauffeurs have developed a fast, effective and accurate process to ensure all your transport logistics run smoothly and accurately:

• The required services are reviewed and we will contact you immediately to confirm any potential issues e.g.: incorrect flight numbers, arrival and departure times
  
• Within three hours of receiving your itinerary, we will provide you with your reservation confirmations, and also your Project Coordinator’s contact details.
• Xpert Chauffeurs will provide printed name boards for all airport arrivals; your project coordinator will work with you and your personnel to ensure the arrivals and departures run smoothly.
• After all services have been completed, we will issue itemised invoices by email or by post which will contain as much detail as possible; this will allow you the to close off your accounts quickly and efficiently.
